Description

Project Manager - Interior Construction - Leesburg,VA:

• Manage all phases of commercial interior construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout.

• Oversee project scopes in retail, hospitality, restaurants, offices, daycare facilities, and more.

• Handle subcontractor buyout, procurement, contract negotiation, and sequencing.

• Develop, maintain, and manage project schedules to ensure on-time completion.

• Oversee RFIs, submittals, and change orders while maintaining clear and accurate documentation.

• Ensure all work complies with local codes, permitting requirements, and company safety standards.

• Utilize Procore and other project management tools for effective project delivery.

• Collaborate with architects, engineers, clients, and internal leadership teams.

• Mentor and support junior team members, including Project Engineers and Assistant PMs.

Profile

Project Manager - Interior Construction - Leesburg,VA:

• 5+ years of experience in commercial interiors construction project management.

• Strong background with projects $1M+ in value (retail, hospitality, restaurants, offices, daycare).

• Base building experience a strong plus.

• Skilled in scheduling, subcontractor buyout, and sequencing.

• Proficient in Procore (or similar PM software).

• Strong communicator, problem solver, and leader with the ability to manage multiple projects.

• Demonstrated career stability and track record of successful project delivery.
