Project Superintendent (Traveling) - Retail Construction
The Project Superintendent will directly oversee all onsite processes with regards to the retail construction projects int he company portfolio. These projects involve grocery store remodels, veterinary clinics, and other retail work.

Their team of experienced construction professionals deliver excellence in design/build, design assist and specialty contracting for all structural and foundational aspects of projects.

Description
Traveling Superintendent Duties:
- Develop the Project Vision and Create the Project Schedule
- Supervise entire construction staff, ensuring project deadlines are met
- Ability to predict and overcome project challenges
- Maintain a strong relationship with Project Managers
- Lead weekly meetings to ensure the team is working together successfully and delivering quality work
- Maintain OSHA requirements
- Mentor less experienced construction professionals
- Track project documentation, tasks, issues, etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with subcontractor
- Travel required
Profile
Qualified Traveling Superintendent qualifications:
- Ground Up Commercial Construction project experience
- Retail / Big Box project experience required
- Technical Savvy individual - Procore experience is a huge plus
- Strong Reputation for working well with Subcontractors
- Ability to create strong relationships with clients
