Project Manager - Luxury Custom Homes

The Project Manager develops and implements a plan to deliver the required project on time and within budget. The Project Manager will oversee 1 to 2 Luxury Estate Home Projects at a time.

Client Details

Our client is a General Contractor with a successful track record building Estate Homes in South Florida from Miami to Jupiter Island.

Description

• Negotiate contracts, assist with estimating, bidding, profit/loss of assigned projects, and overall management of the project and the project's field staff.
• Lead Project to ensure a quality project is delivered on time and within budget
• Update project schedule and track milestones
• Generate master schedule and adjust as needed
• Coordinate with field staff including sub-contractors to ensure project stays on track
• Oversee change management process and document any RFI's
• Process all pay application
• Run weekly progress meetings
• Complete project close out

Profile

• 10 + years managing complex, High-End Home projects
• Ground up and Renovation experience with homes that are at least $10M in construction cost
• 4 year degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or similar
• Strong experience with Construction software like: ProCore, CMiC, MS Project, Bluebeam
• OSHA-30 Certification preferred
• Strong ability to read drawings and specifications
• Well versed with change order management, CSI codes for cost management / tracking
