Description

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Develop and implement process improvements to enhance product quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet production goals and timelines.
• Monitor and evaluate equipment performance, recommending upgrades or repairs when needed.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all manufacturing processes.
• Document process changes and maintain accurate records for reference.
• Provide technical support and training to production staff as required.
• Identify and resolve process-related issues in a timely manner.

Profile

A successful Process Engineer should have:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality improvement techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency with relevant software and tools used in engineering and manufacturing.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
