Senior Billing Specialist | Global Law Firm | Chicago, IL
The Senior Billing Specialist is a vital role for our legal client, ensuring the accurate and timely management of all billing processes. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent attention to detail.
Client Details
Our client is a prominent law firm with a Chicago office based downtown, this large firm has a global presence and is renowned for its commitment to delivering excellent service to its customers.
Description
- Manage all aspects of billing processes and operations for 12-15 attorneys.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing procedures.
- Ensure accurate and timely billing of services.
- Identify and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues, working closely with attorneys and clients.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data.
- Develop and implement effective billing policies and procedures.
- Provide high-level customer service in all billing inquiries.
- Participate in regular audits and compliance checks.

Profile
A successful Senior Billing Specialist should have:
- 3+ years of legal billing experience
- 3E software experience a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
