The Senior Billing Specialist is a vital role for our legal client, ensuring the accurate and timely management of all billing processes. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong understanding of accounting principles and excellent attention to detail.

Our client is a prominent law firm with a Chicago office based downtown, this large firm has a global presence and is renowned for its commitment to delivering excellent service to its customers.

Description

  • Manage all aspects of billing processes and operations for 12-15 attorneys.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline billing procedures.
  • Ensure accurate and timely billing of services.
  • Identify and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues, working closely with attorneys and clients.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of all financial data.
  • Develop and implement effective billing policies and procedures.
  • Provide high-level customer service in all billing inquiries.
  • Participate in regular audits and compliance checks.

Profile

A successful Senior Billing Specialist should have:

  • 3+ years of legal billing experience
  • 3E software experience a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
