MEP Superintendent - Healthcare Construction - Garden City, NY
An established construction management firm is seeking an experienced MEP Superintendent to oversee mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems on large-scale healthcare projects on Long Island. You'll ensure technical excellence, manage subcontractors, and drive the project forward with precision and efficiency.

Description
- Lead daily coordination of all MEP trades on active healthcare project sites
- Oversee compliance with local regulations
- Maintain project schedule and manage subcontractor performance
- Collaborate closely with project management, engineers, and facilities teams
- Identify and resolve field issues proactively, with a focus on patient safety and infection control
Profile
You bring 4-5 years of MEP field leadership on Long Island-based healthcare facilities, such as hospitals or surgical centers. You're highly familiar with local codes, hospital procedures, and thrive in live or occupied environments. You lead with confidence, communicate clearly, and ensure technical systems are executed flawlessly.
