We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of retail and industrial builds, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Description

  • Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Lead project teams including superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.
  • Collaborate with estimating and preconstruction teams during project planning.

Profile

  • 8+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on Big Box Retail or Light Industrial.
  • Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar projects.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project).
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
