Description

Superintendent - Public Projects - Hanover, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of public construction projects, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors and field staff, to ensure high-quality project execution.
• Focus on critical path scheduling using tools like Primavera P6, Procore, or Microsoft Project.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet all quality and safety standards.
• Report directly to the CEO, Dan Aylward, and collaborate with leadership to maintain project schedules and resolve any issues that arise.
• Maintain site control and work closely with project managers and the self-perform team to ensure smooth project progress.

Profile

Superintendent - Public Projects - Hanover, MA - Will have

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on ground-up public construction projects (up to $35M).
• Strong understanding and experience with critical path scheduling and project management tools such as Primavera P6, Procore, and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage large teams and oversee the timely completion of complex projects.
• Experience working on public sector projects such as schools, fire stations, police stations, and town halls.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both internal teams and clients.
