Engineering Manager - Industrial - Braintree, MA

As the Engineering Manager, you will lead a small team of engineers and safety professionals in an industrial environment. You will oversee engineering activities from process improvement to project engineering, to planning, development and implemention of capital projects.

Description

Reporting directly into the Director of Engineering, you will be responsible for:

• Leading a small team of engineers and EHS professionals.
• Managing CAPEX budgets.
• Oversee project engineering, process improvement, EHS.
• Drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure engineering operations are safe and efficient.
• Drive a safety culture complying with federal, state and local regulations.
• Direct, coach, and develop the team to cultivate a high performing culture.

Profile

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field of study.
• No degree with equivalent experience will be considered.
• 10 years of experience in engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• 3+ years of experience managing, leading, supervising teams in an industrial environment.
• Experience managing capital projects preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
