Project Manager - Multifamily
We are a well-established and growing general contractor with a strong portfolio of high-end multifamily developments throughout Miami and South Florida. Known for our quality craftsmanship we are seeking a Project Manager with extensive multifamily construction experience to lead complex, large-scale residential projects from pre-construction through closeout.
Client Details
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of multifamily construction projects-ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This individual must have a deep understanding of the multifamily construction process and experience managing urban, mid- to high-rise developments in the Miami market.
Description
Lead all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution
Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and ownership teams
Manage subcontractors, contracts, and procurement processes
Monitor job costs, forecasts, and project financials
Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and permitting
Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues
Oversee project closeout, punch list, and turnover to client/property management
Profile
7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily residential construction
Proven track record managing projects $20M+ from ground-up to completion
Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling (CPM), and budgeting
Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes in the City of Miami
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
