Project Manager - Multifamily

We are a well-established and growing general contractor with a strong portfolio of high-end multifamily developments throughout Miami and South Florida. Known for our quality craftsmanship we are seeking a Project Manager with extensive multifamily construction experience to lead complex, large-scale residential projects from pre-construction through closeout.

Client Details

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of multifamily construction projects-ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. This individual must have a deep understanding of the multifamily construction process and experience managing urban, mid- to high-rise developments in the Miami market.

Description

• Lead all aspects of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and ownership teams

• Manage subcontractors, contracts, and procurement processes

• Monitor job costs, forecasts, and project financials

• Ensure compliance with local codes, safety regulations, and permitting

• Conduct regular site visits and meetings to monitor progress and resolve issues

• Oversee project closeout, punch list, and turnover to client/property management

Profile

• 7+ years of experience as a Project Manager in multifamily residential construction

• Proven track record managing projects $20M+ from ground-up to completion

• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling (CPM), and budgeting

• Familiarity with building codes and permitting processes in the City of Miami

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Proficient in Procore, MS Project, and other construction management tools

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
