Assistant Project Manager - OSHPD
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager - OSHPD to support construction projects within the business services industry. This role will focus on ensuring project efficiency, compliance, and quality while collaborating with various teams in Los Angeles.
Client Details
An established and highly respected California-based General Contractor is actively seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support complex healthcare and institutional construction projects. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging construction professional to join a team known for delivering high-quality work in regulated environments, including OSHPD/HCAI-compliant projects.
Description
- Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and team members to achieve project goals.
- Ensure compliance with OSHPD regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
- Track project progress and address any issues or delays proactively.
- Participate in site visits to oversee project milestones and quality control.
- Provide support in risk assessment and mitigation strategies for construction projects.
