Our client, one of the most well-known General Contractors in the multifamily sector is actively looking for a Lead Superintendent to join their team.

Description

• Oversees daily operations at a construction site
• Leads daily morning meetings with the entire crew
• Hires, trains, and manages construction workers
• Follows construction drawings and approved plans
• Uses popular construction management software
• Orders necessary equipment, tools, and materials
• Helps to set and stick to the budget and schedule
• Writes daily logs and other necessary documentation
• Makes sure all local, state, and national business codes and regulations are followed
• Ensures that the team adheres to all company policies and safety protocols

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as the Lead Superintendent on ground-up commercial construction projects - multifamily, health-care, and/or higher-education sectors - oversight of various scopes of work ranging from foundation, structure and facade through MEP to interior rough and finish
• MA-CSL & OSHA 30
• p6 Primavera & MS Project
• Stand-out leadership skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and motivate all project personnel
