This position is responsible for managing mechanical projects from initial concept through commissioning in an industrial manufacturing environment, working closely with operations, maintenance, and leadership teams to deliver solutions that are safe, timely, and cost‑effective.

Description

• Oversee mechanical capital projects from early scope definition through commissioning and close‑out.
• Coordinate engineering design efforts, fabrication activities, installation, and start‑up execution.
• Partner with production and maintenance teams to resolve mechanical equipment and process challenges.
• Build and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and manage costs within approved budgets.
• Manage contractor safety documentation, conduct site meetings, and oversee on‑site work execution.
• Lead equipment optimization efforts to enhance reliability, quality, and overall capacity.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Background in manufacturing engineering, project engineering, or project management.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, including hydraulics and pneumatic systems.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Working knowledge of CAD tools and industrial safety standards.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross‑functional teams.
