An established, market‑leading General Contractor with a strong presence across Central Texas is seeking a Superintendent - Commercial Interiors Construction to support a growing project pipeline. Description
- Lead all on‑site construction activities for commercial interiors projects from mobilization through close‑out
- Manage subcontractors, site logistics, scheduling, and short‑interval planning
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to quality standards
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, clients, and design partners
- Enforce safety programs and maintain a clean, compliant jobsite
- Oversee inspections, punch lists, and turnover documentation
- Proactively identify and resolve field issues to maintain momentum
Profile
- Proven experience as a Superintendent delivering commercial interiors construction projects
- Background working for a General Contractor on tenant improvement, office, healthcare, or retail interiors
- Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, scheduling, and subcontractor management
- Familiarity with construction technology such as Procore or similar field management software
- Strong communication skills and a hands‑on leadership style
- Experience delivering projects in the Central Texas market is preferred
Job Offer
