Preconstruction Manager - Work From Home Flexibility

We are searching for a Preconstruction Manager to join a reputable St. Louis based commercial General Contractor. This individual will work alongside the Director of Preconstruction to help bid and estimate large scale commercial projects in their building group. My client is one of the largest and most reputable commercial General Contractors in the St. Louis area. They are on pace for a record breaking year of $800M. They work in a variety of commercial markets, specifically industrial and healthcare. Description

• Supports the Preconstruction process from client management to estimates.
• Works with the Groups Leaders to pursue, acquire, and maintain new and existing clients.
• Presents deliverables to the owner in a complete and organized manner, per the governing documents that are included from the requirements of the owner/ client.
• Supports the preparation of the preconstruction schedule.
• Ensure we are adhering to contractual requirements and strategically meeting overall goals by understanding preconstruction and construction contracts and applying knowledge to assigned project.

Profile

• 5+ years of Preconstruction Experience (open to estimating background)
• Construction related degree
• Experience working on $10M - $15M commercial projects
• Strong communication skills
• Self-starter, driven individuals
• Ability to perform against tight deadlines

Job Offer

• Base Salary up to $145,000
• Fully covered healthcare for employee and family with low deductibles
