Construction Superintendent - Commercial - Nassau County

• Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Manage site logistics, subcontractor coordination, and material deliveries.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to OSHA and company safety standards.
• Oversee project timelines, monitor budgets, and proactively address potential delays or cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific requirements or big-box retail standards, including infection control protocols and retailer specifications.
• Act as the primary on-site point of contact for project managers, clients, architects, and engineers.

Profile

• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a proven track record in healthcare or big-box retail projects.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and resolve on-site issues effectively.
