Manufacturing Engineer - Electronics - Leominster, MA
I am seeking a Manufacturing Engineer with a strong background in the electronics industry. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in Engineering & Manufacturing to optimize production processes and drive continuous improvement.

Description
As the Manufacturing Engineer, responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes.
- Utilize engineering skills to drive continuous improvement in production.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on problem-solving and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with industry safety and design standards.
- Oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Manage projects to improve product quality and reduce costs.
Profile
A successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Solid knowledge of manufacturing systems and processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
- Capital project experience is a plus!
- Injection molding experience is a plus!
