C# Developer - Fixed Income Trading Systems
We are seeking a C# Developer to join our client's Global Markets Pre-Trade IT team, where you will design, develop, and maintain applications supporting Fixed Income, FX, and Equity/Securities Lending businesses. This role involves working in an agile environment to deliver time-sensitive IT solutions, with a focus on booking, pricing, electronic trading, and regulatory reporting of financial products like Bonds, CLOs, and Repos.

Description
Develop, implement, and maintain features for in-house applications supporting Fixed Income, FX, and Equity/Securities Lending businesses, focusing on trading, booking, pricing, and regulatory reporting of financial products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners and business analysts, to gather requirements, design solutions, and participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for efficient development cycles.
Provide ongoing application support and maintenance, addressing user issues, implementing enhancements, and ensuring system reliability within a fast-paced financial environment.
Document technical specifications, user guides, and deployment procedures, ensuring comprehensive and clear communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with 3+ years of experience in software development, preferably within the financial services industry.
Proficiency in C# (or similar programming languages) with a strong understanding of object-oriented design and development practices.
Solid knowledge of fixed income products, interest rate derivatives, and trading/risk management processes, with experience in regulatory reporting for financial transactions.
Experience with agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and familiarity with tools like JIRA for tracking and managing development tasks.
Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver effective and timely solutions.
