Senior Project Manager- $100M Multifamily Projects
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of a $100M+ ground-up multifamily project in Delray Beach, Florida. This role offers the opportunity to oversee large-scale, high-profile developments with a respected and growing General Contractor.

Our client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong reputation across South Florida for delivering multifamily, commercial, and mixed-use projects of significant scale. Known for their financial stability, collaborative culture, and commitment to quality, they are expanding their portfolio with some of the region's most notable projects.
Description
Lead all aspects of project execution from pre-construction through closeout on a $100M+ multifamily development.
Manage project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
Oversee and mentor project teams, ensuring alignment with company standards and project goals.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and consultants to resolve challenges and maintain project momentum.
Drive progress meetings and ensure reporting accuracy to stakeholders and executive leadership.
Enforce safety compliance and ensure projects meet all regulatory requirements.
Profile
10+ years of construction management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role on ground-up multifamily projects exceeding $100M.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale multifamily projects through to completion.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining focus on quality, budget, and timelines.
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary of $160,000 - $185,000 depending on experience.
