Estimator - Construction
We are seeking an experienced Estimator for a General Contractor in Pittsburgh, PA, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for a variety of construction projects. This role involves analyzing project specifications, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring competitive and precise bids.

Description
- Develop detailed cost estimates based on project blueprints, specifications, and requirements.
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to gather pricing and ensure accurate estimates.
- Prepare budgets, analyze costs, and identify value engineering opportunities.
- Assist in bid preparation, contract negotiations, and project feasibility assessments.
- Ensure estimates align with industry standards, project goals, and profitability targets.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry, preferably with a General Contractor. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in estimating software, and attention to detail are essential. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
