Commercial Project Manager - Columbus

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5-10 years of commercial construction experience to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is an opportunity to be part of one of the most reputable general contractors in the Columbus area.

Description

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Oversee procurement and coordination of materials and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays that arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards, and contractual obligations.
• Provide regular updates and reports to clients and internal teams.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve desired outcomes.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• 5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial general contractor
• Proven track record managing projects in the $5M-$50M range
• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project (or similar software)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
