Description

• Manage and oversee commercial construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Conduct site inspections and provide regular project updates.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Profile

A successful Project Manager should have:

• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge in project planning, budgeting, and execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
