Travelling Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Travelling Construction Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for projects in various locations. This role requires flexibility and strong leadership skills to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

Description

• Manage daily on-site operations for commercial construction projects in multiple locations.
• Supervise subcontractors and ensure adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards.
• Communicate effectively with Project Managers, clients, and field teams.
• Resolve on-site issues promptly to keep projects on track.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
