Payroll Manager
The Payroll Manager will be responsible for processing biweekly payroll for both hourly and salaried employees, working closely with their payroll vendor, Deel. The role requires a detail-oriented and proactive professional who can ensure payroll accuracy and compliance. This position offers a hybrid work model, but the ideal candidate should be commutable to our Atlanta office for in-person collaboration as needed.

Description
- Manage and process biweekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using Deel.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain accurate employee payroll records, benefits deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Assist in payroll audits and reporting for financial and compliance purposes.
- Partner with the HR and Finance teams to support workforce growth and optimize payroll processes.
- Stay updated on payroll regulations and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.
Profile
- 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-growth or international company.
- Experience processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
- Familiarity with Deel or other global payroll vendors is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, taxes, and compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
