Position Overview:

My client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and drive complex construction projects to successful completion. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who takes ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about delivering high-quality results.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction to closeout.
  • Ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee contracts, schedules, budgets, and resources to maximize efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and resolve potential project risks, ensuring proactive problem-solving.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and uphold my client's reputation for excellence.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a positive team culture.

Profile

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in construction project management.
  • Proven experience managing complex commercial, institutional, or residential projects.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of taking ownership and driving results.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, problem-solve, and adapt to project-specific challenges.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software and scheduling tools.
