Description

• Lead and manage project teams across all phases of construction
• Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining relationships
• Oversee financial performance, including budget management, forecasting, and reporting
• Coordinate with design, engineering, and subcontractor teams to resolve project challenges
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulatory requirements

Profile

• At least 6 years of experience as a Project Manager running projects independently from start to finish
• Background in
  • Life Science (Ground up or interiors)
  • Healthcare/ Lab Projects
  • Design Build is a big plus
• Commercial construction experience
• A bachelor's degree in construction, architecture, engineering or related
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong organizational skills
