Client Details
Our client is a nationally recognized General Contractor looking to grow their Virginia office. Their business consists of 3 different divisions: base building, interiors, and concrete. They are currently looking for an Assistant Project Manager to sit on their Base Building team, giving them access to large-scale projects in the warehouse, data center, and core and shell sectors.
Description
The Assistant Project Manager - Foundation/Concrete - Fairfax, VA will be responsible for:
- coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and vendors
- maintaining accurate project documentation
- monitoring project progress
- attending project meetings
- completing RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- reporting into a Project Manager
Profile
The Assistant Project Manager - Foundation/Concrete - Fairfax, VA will have:
- 1-3 years of experience in construction
- base building experience preferred but will consider other commercial backgrounds
- a degree in a construction-related field
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- strong time management and organizational skills
