Accounting Manager

The Accounting Manager will oversee key financial reporting processes, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support internal controls across the business. Description

• Oversee monthly financial close and reporting processes

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations

• Monitor key financial metrics and provide insights to support decision-making

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners on audits and compliance matters

• Maintain and improve financial controls and operational efficiency

• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives

• Lead or contribute to cross-functional projects and system enhancements

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive best practices across finance operations

Profile

• Has a strong foundation in accounting and finance with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

• Demonstrates excellent communication and interpersonal skills, collaborating effectively across teams

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, but also able to think strategically and contribute to business growth

• Adaptable and open to learning, with a passion for improving processes and driving efficiencies

• Ideally has experience in roles within similar industries and is familiar with financial systems and tools
