Project Manager - commercial interiors & renovations

Our client is a boutique South Florida general contractor specializing in large-scale renovations, commercial interiors, and select residential new construction. With a lean, experienced team and a strong reputation in the Miami market, they deliver complex projects through a highly collaborative and hands-on approach.

Description

• Manage commercial interior, renovation, and adaptive reuse projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Coordinate architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal field teams

• Review drawings, contracts, scopes, and project documentation

• Oversee budgets, schedules, change orders, and cost tracking

• Lead client meetings and maintain clear communication throughout the project lifecycle

• Manage RFIs, submittals, and project reporting through Procore

• Support successful turnover and closeout documentation

Profile

• 5+ years of experience with a commercial general contractor

• Strong background in interiors, office TI, or renovation projects

• Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office

• Familiarity with AIA contract documents

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

Job Offer

• Base salary: $110K-$130K
