IT Budget Management Consultant (Mandarin Speaking)

The IT Management Consultant will provide strategic technology solutions and advisory services to support the development and optimization of systems within the financial services industry. This temporary role in New York requires a candidate with a strong understanding of IT systems and their application in financial operations.

This role is on-site five days a week, W2 only, and requires fluency in Chinese/Mandarin.

• To support the increased workload of IT service management
• To enhance IT management and meet management's requirements
• Manage IT contracts, monitor its implementation and maintain a consolidated database for IT contracts.
• Manage training plan and the implementation process.
• Manage record retention schedule, data consolidation, analyzing and reporting.
• Assist in budget consolidation.
• Assist in meeting administrative works and office logistics. Draft meeting minutes.
• Assist in other IT service and management functions timely and proactively.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Detail oriented, highly focused and organized.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and accurately.
• Knowledge of IT operation and service.
