We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Superintendent with a strong background in Commercial Construction. The ideal candidate will excel in coordinating all site construction activities and supervising field personnel as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget.

Description

• Supervise and coordinate all construction activities.
• Direct field personnel according to the project plan.
• Communicate with subcontractors and field staff to ensure the coordination of construction activities.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols.
• Monitor the project schedule and budget.
• Resolve construction problems as they arise.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
