Description
- Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
- Learn how to build close partnerships with clients and help their business grow by developing and delivering the best solutions for attracting candidates
- Manage the process from interview through offer stage
- Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
- Learn how to hunt new business opportunities and conduct lead generation
- Manage your own portfolio of candidates and clients, both existing and new
- Contract negotitation with prospective clients
- Participate in a world class training program to ramp you for success

- Bachelor's degree
- Internship experience (sales, business development, or recruitment)
