Finance Manager

The Finance Manager will be an integral part of the Accounting and Finance team, overseeing financial aspects, and providing insights into the medical device industry. This role requires a deep understanding of the P&L, as well as Cash flow forecasting and the Balance Sheet. You will also support the Sales division with Pricing & Commission Analysis and Calculations.

Description

• As the Finance Manager you will oversee financial activities and provide strategic insights into the medical device industry.
• Manage P&L Ownership, ensuring profitability and sustainability.
• Conduct Commission Analysis and Calculations to determine accurate and fair compensation.
• Provide analysis to support pricing models scenarios and models.
• Utilize Advanced Excel and finance tools such as Tableau and Power BI to monitor financial performance and generate reports.
• Implement financial strategies that align with company goals and industry trends.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial operations.
• Contribute to the development of financial policies and procedures.

Profile

A successful Finance Manager should have:

• A Degree in Finance or a related field.
• Experience with P&L Ownership and Commission Analysis and Calculations.
• Five plus years of experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or a product based industry.
• Understanding of Cash flow forecasting and the Balance Sheet.
• Advanced Excel and exposure to financial tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• A strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
• This is an in office role based in Aliso Viejo, CA.
