Multifamily - Traveling Senior Superintendent

A well-established General Contractor, recognized for its consistent growth and excellence in multifamily construction, is seeking a Traveling Senior Superintendent to oversee projects throughout Arizona, New Mexico, and Colorado.

Description

• Supervise all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project goals.
• Monitor compliance with safety regulations and company policies at job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality control and address potential issues.
• Oversee scheduling and allocation of resources to meet deadlines.
• Provide direction and leadership to construction teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain detailed project documentation and progress reports.
• Resolve on-site challenges and ensure smooth project execution.

Profile

A successful Traveling Senior Superintendent should have:

• Proven leadership skills and experience managing construction projects in the property industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality control standards.
• Ability to travel extensively and adapt to various project locations, including Portland.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills to manage on-site challenges.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Job Offer

Compensation & Travel:

• Competitive base salary between $140,000 - $160,000
• All hotel costs fully covered
• Airfare provided twice per month for travel home
• Per diem: $55/day when staying in a hotel, $35/day when staying in company-leased housing
• All utilities covered while traveling
