Description

As an Assistant Superintendent, you will play a key role in overseeing construction projects in the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region. You will support the Superintendent in managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for a highly organized and motivated individual looking to grow their career in construction management.

• Assist in coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain schedules
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor project progress and address any site issues proactively
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates to senior leadership
• Maintain quality control by ensuring work meets company and client standards

Profile

• Experience: 2+ years in construction field operations (multifamily preferred)
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred but not required)
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety protocols
• Communication: Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
• Detail-Oriented: Ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment
