Description

As an Estimator, you will be a critical part of the team, managing projects ranging from $1.3M to $1.5M in the restaurant, retail, and fitness sectors. You will independently handle the full bid process, ensuring competitive pricing, accuracy, and adherence to project timelines and client specifications.

The Estimator - Restaurants/Retail - Lanham, MD will have the following responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for all trade divisions.
• Review project plans, specifications, and documentation to develop comprehensive bids.
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing and scope information.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks during the preconstruction phase.
• Stay current with industry trends and local market conditions to provide competitive pricing.

Profile

The Estimator - Restaurants/Retail - Lanham, MD will have the following qualifications:

• Experience: 7+ years in estimating, specifically in restaurants, retail, or fitness club sectors.
• Proven Ability: Experience bidding projects independently in the $1.3M-$1.5M range.
• Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills with a focus on precision and thoroughness.
• Communication: Effective in collaborating with teams, subcontractors, and clients.
