Client Details

As a Project Manager, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of custom luxury home projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and budgets are met while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. This is a client-facing role requiring refined communication skills, technical expertise, and a passion for luxury design and construction.

Description

• Manage all phases of custom residential construction

• Collaborate with architects, designers, engineers, and high-end clients

• Oversee subcontractors, site teams, and vendors to ensure top-quality execution

• Maintain budgets, schedules, and detailed project documentation

• Ensure projects meet the highest standards of craftsmanship and finish

• Address and resolve field issues with professionalism and discretion

Profile

• 10+ years of experience managing high-end residential or custom estate builds

• Deep understanding of luxury materials, finishes, and detailing

• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Proven ability to work with discerning clients and design professionals

• Proficiency in construction management software

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
