IP Litigation Associate
This mid‑level associate role focuses on high‑stakes intellectual property litigation across federal courts, the ITC, and PTAB proceedings. You will handle complex patent disputes while working closely with experienced partners and technical experts.

Description
- Manage and execute intellectual property litigation cases, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client advisement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Engage in client communications to ensure alignment and satisfaction throughout the litigation process.
- Develop case strategies and provide innovative solutions to complex legal challenges.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and court procedures.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the department.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files to support seamless workflow and case management.

Profile
A successful candidate should have:
- A strong academic background in law from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency in intellectual property law and litigation processes.
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities for client and team interactions.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and case management.
- Commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering quality work under pressure.
- Bar admission in California and eligibility to practice law in the state.
