Travelling Superintendent

Description

• Oversee daily on-site operations for out-of-town projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and logistics across multiple job sites.
• Serve as the primary on-site representative of the GC, maintaining communication with project managers, clients, and local stakeholders.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all building codes and company standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to the Nashville home office.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong background in traveling or multi-site projects.
• Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and adapt to different environments.
• Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore is a plus.
• Willingness to travel extensively and remain on-site for the duration of each project.
