Travelling Superintendent
We're hiring a Traveling Superintendent to lead commercial construction projects across various locations for a Nashville-based general contractor. This is a great opportunity for a field-driven leader who thrives on the road and takes pride in delivering high-quality builds from the ground up.

Description
- Oversee daily on-site operations for out-of-town projects, ensuring adherence to schedule, budget, and safety standards.
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, inspections, and logistics across multiple job sites.
- Serve as the primary on-site representative of the GC, maintaining communication with project managers, clients, and local stakeholders.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all building codes and company standards.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and provide regular updates to the Nashville home office.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction, with a strong background in traveling or multi-site projects.
- Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and adapt to different environments.
- Deep understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and safety regulations.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Procore is a plus.
- Willingness to travel extensively and remain on-site for the duration of each project.
