Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager (PM) will lead renovation projects within operating hotels, resorts, and private clubs. This includes interior renovations (guest rooms, lobbies, dining areas, spas, locker rooms), exterior upgrades, and MEP systems improvements. The PM is responsible for full project oversight from planning and budgeting through completion and close-out.

This Boca Raton based contractor is a respected construction management firm specializing in the renovation and repositioning of luxury hospitality properties and private country clubs. They bring decades of expertise in transforming operational spaces with minimal disruption, high-end detailing, and precision scheduling. Their team takes pride in delivering first-class results in live environments where quality, discretion, and timing are everything. They are currently seeking a Construction Project Manager with experience managing complex hotel and country club renovation projects.
Description
Oversee all phases of renovation and remodeling projects within live hospitality and club environments.
Collaborate with owners, operators, and design teams to plan phased construction work with minimal disruption to guests or members.
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and logistics plans.
Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
Supervise field operations, ensure safety compliance, and monitor progress and quality control.
Coordinate the procurement and installation of FF&E and specialty finishes.
Lead weekly owner/architect/contractor (OAC) meetings and communicate key updates.
Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and close-out packages.
Navigate permitting, inspections, and compliance with hospitality brand standards where applicable.
Ensure punch list and turnover processes are completed to owner satisfaction.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
5+ years of experience in commercial construction with a focus on hospitality and/or country club renovations.
Strong background in phased renovations, occupied building work, and high-end finishes.
Familiarity with MEP upgrades, millwork, luxury FF&E, and ADA/code compliance in hospitality settings.
Proficiency in construction software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project).
Exceptional communication and client-facing skills; ability to coordinate with operations teams on-site.
Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach.
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
