They are a self performing concrete subsidiary of a well known general contractor locally in the South Florida market. Actively growing their pipeline of work focused in concrete & working in the general commercial/ hospitality sector. With plans of $1B in work over the next 2-3 years, they are actively growing teams to support the project load in the Fort Lauderdale & surrounding areas.

Description

• Oversee day-to-day concrete operations on hospitality and healthcare construction sites

• Manage subcontractors, coordinate crews, and ensure work meets schedule, quality, and safety standards

• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, QA/QC teams, and clients to drive successful project delivery

• Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements

• Troubleshoot issues proactively and lead with clear, decisive communication on-site

Profile

• Proven Superintendent experience in concrete construction, preferably with hospitality and healthcare projects

• Strong knowledge of concrete placement, formwork, finishing, and related construction activities

• Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple trades and schedules effectively

• Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and safety

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing company environment

• Florida experience preferred but not required
