Project Executive- Healthcare and K-12 Construction

We are seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead large-scale healthcare and education construction projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can oversee multiple high-profile projects while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Description

• Lead and manage all phases of multiple healthcare and education projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Oversee project teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers, superintendents, and support staff.

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships.

• Review and approve project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.

• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the construction process.

• Strategically manage resources and resolve challenges to maintain project momentum

Profile

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, including at least 5 years in a Project Executive or similar senior leadership role. A proven track record in delivering large-scale healthcare and educational facility projects is essential, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. The candidate must possess a deep understanding of the unique regulatory requirements and technical complexities of these project types, as well as the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary in the $180,000 - $210,000 range, plus performance-based bonuses.
