Project Executive- Healthcare and K-12 Construction
We are seeking an accomplished Project Executive to lead large-scale healthcare and education construction projects from inception to completion. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can oversee multiple high-profile projects while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Our client is a well-established general contractor with a strong presence in South Florida, specializing in complex institutional projects. With a reputation for delivering exceptional results in healthcare and educational facilities, they combine technical expertise, innovative building practices, and a collaborative approach to create spaces that serve communities for decades.
Description
Lead and manage all phases of multiple healthcare and education projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Oversee project teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project managers, superintendents, and support staff.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and key stakeholders, fostering long-term relationships.
Review and approve project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders.
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards throughout the construction process.
Strategically manage resources and resolve challenges to maintain project momentum
Profile
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive experience in construction management, including at least 5 years in a Project Executive or similar senior leadership role. A proven track record in delivering large-scale healthcare and educational facility projects is essential, along with exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. The candidate must possess a deep understanding of the unique regulatory requirements and technical complexities of these project types, as well as the ability to inspire and lead high-performing teams.
Job Offer
Competitive base salary in the $180,000 - $210,000 range, plus performance-based bonuses.
