Project Executive- Healthcare and K-12 Construction
An established general contractor is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to oversee multiple K-12 and healthcare construction projects throughout South Florida. This is a high-level leadership role offering significant influence over operations, team management, and client relationships.

Description
Lead and manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion
Oversee project teams including project managers, superintendents, and support staff
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning and business development
Review project financials, schedules, and ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines
Mentor and develop internal staff for long-term growth and succession planning
Interface with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and coordination
Ensure all projects are compliant with safety regulations and internal processes
Profile
Minimum 10+ years of construction management experience, with at least 3 in a Project Executive or senior leadership capacity
Proven track record delivering K-12 and/or healthcare construction projects
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Exceptional leadership, client management, and communication skills
Deep understanding of South Florida's construction market and regulatory landscape
Ability to manage multiple teams and high-value projects simultaneously
Job Offer
Competitive base salary between $175,000 - $200,000
