Project Executive- Healthcare and K-12 Construction

An established general contractor is seeking a seasoned Project Executive to oversee multiple K-12 and healthcare construction projects throughout South Florida. This is a high-level leadership role offering significant influence over operations, team management, and client relationships.

Description

• Lead and manage multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion

• Oversee project teams including project managers, superintendents, and support staff

• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business

• Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning and business development

• Review project financials, schedules, and ensure projects meet quality standards and deadlines

• Mentor and develop internal staff for long-term growth and succession planning

• Interface with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure alignment and coordination

• Ensure all projects are compliant with safety regulations and internal processes

Profile

• Minimum 10+ years of construction management experience, with at least 3 in a Project Executive or senior leadership capacity

• Proven track record delivering K-12 and/or healthcare construction projects

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

• Exceptional leadership, client management, and communication skills

• Deep understanding of South Florida's construction market and regulatory landscape

• Ability to manage multiple teams and high-value projects simultaneously

Job Offer

• Competitive base salary between $175,000 - $200,000
