Description

• Assist attorneys with drafting, reviewing, and organizing legal documents and agreements related to capital markets transactions.
• Support the preparation of closing documents and handle post-closing matters.
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes and ensure accuracy in all documentation.
• Maintain corporate records and manage filings with regulatory authorities.
• Provide support in the preparation of board and committee materials.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries of findings as needed.
• Assist with other paralegal tasks as required by the legal department.

Profile
