Superintendent - Wastewater - 4 Day work week!

The Superintendent - Wastewater will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety standards. This role is a key leadership position within the business services industry, specifically within the construction department.

Description

• Supervise all field operations to ensure construction projects are executed efficiently and meet quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to maintain schedules and budgets.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to provide technical guidance to the team.
• Prepare and submit daily progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions to challenges as they arise.
• Mentor and train team members to enhance overall job performance and productivity.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining open communication with clients throughout the construction process.

Profile

A successful Superintendent - Wastewater should have:

• A strong background in construction management, particularly in wastewater projects.
