Project Manager - Commercial Construction
Client Details
Our client is a well‑established and highly respected Nashville‑based General Contractor known for delivering high‑quality commercial construction projects across Middle Tennessee. Description
- Lead all phases of commercial construction projects-budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
- Manage communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
- Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
- Provide leadership to project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
Profile
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial GC.
- Proven experience managing commercial ground‑up and/or TI projects.
- Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and industry best practices.
- Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
