Project Manager - Commercial Construction

They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to join their Nashville team. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to the highest standard of quality. Description

• Lead all phases of commercial construction projects-budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and closeout.
• Manage communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost reports.
• Oversee subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.
• Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Provide leadership to project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a commercial GC.
• Proven experience managing commercial ground‑up and/or TI projects.
• Strong understanding of construction means, methods, and industry best practices.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
