Description

As a Project Engineer, you'll start in estimating, then rotate through field operations and project management to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with quantity take-offs and cost estimates
• Support project managers with scheduling and documentation
• Shadow field crews to learn sitework processes
• Prepare and maintain project reports and logs
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Contribute to team meetings and client communications

Ideal Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering
• Internship experience in construction (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel heavy)
• Interest in estimating and project management
• Ability to work full-time in Woodbridge, VA
• Familiarity with construction software (PlanSwift, Roctek, Microsoft Project) is a plus
